2 Bedroom House in Beachlands

This is a brand new 2-bedroom house, which will be available over the Christmas New Year break as we will be heading away over that time.
It’s one block walk to the village shops and two blocks to Sunkist Bay Beach. The beautiful Maraetai beach is a 45 min coastal walk or a 7 minute drive away. Both beaches are safe for children and adults alike. Maraetai has a couple of lovely beachfront cafes for early morning coffee.

The house is lovely, private and sheltered. There is newly sown grass - the garden is being put in place over the next few months.

It is fully (but simply) furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. (Dish draw dishwasher/ microwave / 4x electric hob / oven / fridge / freezer / 5x burner BBQ)

All water for house use is rain water, double filtered for drinking.

There is one double bed and two single beds. All linen provided.

Also available is Sky TV, Heat pump /Air Conditioning and Free WiFi.

Off street parking for at least two cars.

Simple but perfect for a quiet Beachlands stay and a great place for family members who may coming to visit over the Christmas period and need a bit of their own space.
